Long Cap Partners (LCP) purchased its first redevelopment asset in the third quarter of 2020.  The property is a 10,000 square foot retail center located in the Spring Branch submarket of Houston, Texas.  LCP targets infill shopping centers and industrial projects in dynamic markets in Texas and the Southeastern United States.
